It's 5 am and Ms Emily finally made it to sleep. The time has come for me to go to get some much needed rest. Sweet dreams everyone :)

im brian. i was 13 when i developed rsd in my left leg and foot. i understand what you guys are going through with everything, especially sleeping.i usually fall asleep at 4 am or so. i cant imagine what its like dealing with this at such a young age.
i have finally started walking around a bit and am starting to make huge progress. just letting you guys know that i wish you the best of luck. you can beat this. keep it up and always keep positive.

Hi Brian,
Thank you for taking the time to write. RSD sucks at any age but to have it young is really hard. I told Emily that you'd written and she asked lots of questions about you that I can't answer like where you are and how old are you now. Please feel free to email me if you need someone to talk to in the early hours! Congratulations on getting moving, it's the key! You may have RSD but it doesn't have you so keep going :)
Best wishes,
Hellen

Hey Helen it is Renee tell Emily to keep her mouth shut when she sleeps or the bugs will get in. I am leaving for Amarillo tomorrow(Sunday) my oldest brother is having open heart surgery. I know what a shock for all of us. It is really dragging me down. He is my big brother and nothing is suppose to happen to him. Keep us in your prayers and give Em a hug from me.

Oh no Renee I'm so sorry. You are in my thoughts, TX if you need anything and we'll see you when you get back. Wishing your brother a speedy recovery.
